Aside from her creativity, it is her passion and hard work that sets her apart. She is not driven by plans but almost solely by her gut. Creativity beckons and she follows. By never having a Plan B, she is free to manifest her dreams. Dianne Quinn believes that creativity is born deep in our souls. She does her best to nourish that gift in every person at Cirque du Soleil.

Working for such a world-class entertainment company taught her many things. Cirque du Soleil’s group ethos and team spirit allowed her to appreciate talent, humour and tenacity in others. More than creative genius and expertise, it always boils down to a person’s ability to collaborate and let go of their egos.

In this interview, Diane Quinn talks about what makes her so lucky to be working at Cirque du Soleil. She also shares her insights on the pandemic and the kind of leader she aspires to become.
