Diane Quinn believes in empowering a team’s spirit. She constantly leaves her ego at the door. She is a true creative who respects, champions and loves the arts and its artists.
Diane Quinn grew up alongside parents who told her she can do anything. Relieved of the pressure of following one path, Diane Quinn was fascinated with the world of theatre at a young age. This eventually led to founding three theatre companies of her own, one still standing strong to this day.
Aside from her creativity, it is her passion and hard work that sets her apart. She is not driven by plans but almost solely by her gut. Creativity beckons and she follows. By never having a Plan B, she is free to manifest her dreams. Dianne Quinn believes that creativity is born deep in our souls. She does her best to nourish that gift in every person at Cirque du Soleil.
Working for such a world-class entertainment company taught her many things. Cirque du Soleil’s group ethos and team spirit allowed her to appreciate talent, humour and tenacity in others. More than creative genius and expertise, it always boils down to a person’s ability to collaborate and let go of their egos.
